Refund and Returns Policy

We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.

 

  • 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

    If you wish to return an item and want a refund, please notify us within 30 days after delivery via email to support@giganticgori.com If you have found a defective product, then please send us a picture of a damaged product. If you have ordered wrong product or wrong size and want to exchange then return shipping charges are your responsibility.

    The product should not be used. Once we have received the product, we will refund the order amount. on the card, you used when you made the purchase.

     

    • RETURN PROCESS

      To start a return, you can contact us at support@giganticgori.com or call us at +66909068933. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return method, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      • DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

        Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

        To return your product, you should contact our mail.

        Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

         

        • EXCHANGES

          We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at support@giganticgori.com or call us at +66909068933.

           

          • RESTOCKING FEE

            We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

             

            • REFUNDS

            We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time around 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

             

            Delivered but customer inform not receive the order

            We will use economy service for delivery only. And this service can delivered without proof of delivery (signature) only. But we will notice customer before delivery via email customer provide in order information every time. If customer not receive the package but the tracking number show delivered, we insist to  use delivery status on tracking no. for proof of delivery only and we refuse to refund for disputes of lost shipments.

             

            Refunds (if applicable)
            Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
            If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

             

            Refund Period:

            It takes 5-7 business days for the customer to receive a refund. We return the money to the customer’s card after receiving the goods.

            Please note that we return the money immediately to the customer’s card after receiving the goods back. Still, their bank usually takes 5 -7 working days to process the refund and deposit it into the customer’s credit card account.



            Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
            If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
            Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.
